1. No Return or Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase to avoid any mistakes.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • To facilitate the resolution, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
  • Once confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, including replacement or a partial refund where applicable.

3. Non-refundable Items

  • As our products are considered personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perfumes, roll-on attars, or other similar items once they have been opened or used.
  • We also do not provide refunds for products purchased through third-party platforms.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming your order.
  • Any cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed through the original payment method.
  • For payments made via Bank Transfer, please ensure to provide your bank account details for the refund process.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days of approval.
